DIANE CHUA

Diane “Chabs” Chua is an integrated planner, brand builder, and creative leader with over two decades of experience across the Philippines and Asia Pacific. She began her career as a copywriter at DDB Philippines, before moving to Australia as a business manager and strategic planner at DDB Group Sydney, and later holding senior marketing roles at Telstra Corporation, Australia’s largest telco. Her expertise spans integrated marketing communications, full funnel strategy, social and digital, performance marketing, total experience design, and technology across telecommunications, FMCG, tourism, government, beauty, finance, retail, automotive, and beyond. An astute businesswoman, Diane is a two-time recipient of the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards Master Entrepreneur Award and was named to Campaign Brief Asia’s “40 Under 40” for excellence in marketing innovation. Under her leadership, Tribal has earned Agency of the Year recognition at Spikes Asia and consistently ranks among the Philippines’ top creative shops.
