ELA FEDERIGAN-CHUA
Ela Federigan-Chua is a respected leader in the Philippine advertising industry whose career reflects perseverance, strategic thinking, and adaptability. She began her career in 1997 as a Media Assistant at Ammirati Puris Lintas Manila, where she built expertise in media planning, consumer insights, and integrated communications while handling leading local and global brands. In 2011, she became General Manager of Touch XDA, leading one of the country’s early integrations of traditional and digital media solutions. In 2018, she established Optimax Communications Group, growing it into a full-service integrated marketing communications agency through innovation, vision, and strong leadership.
