John Lucas, Managing Director

With over 30 years of experience in branding, marketing, and digital, John Lucas is a driving force across sectors like FMCG, banking, and tech. A pioneer of the Philippine digital landscape, he founded Tribal DDB and has delivered growth for iconic brands including P&G, PLDT, and Rockwell Land. John’s influence extends to the global stage; he was instrumental in the successful bid for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023, where he served as Head of the Local Organizing Committee for Marketing and Commercial. Known for his disciplined leadership and strategic vision, John remains dedicated to high-impact execution and lasting brand relevance.

Diane Capile, Business Unit Head

With over 20 years of experience in brand and business building, Diane is a leader that looks at strategy and creativity to create business opportunities. She has worked on local and international campaigns for Rexona (First Day Funk and First Day High), AXE, Clear, Surf, and Vaseline. In 2012, Diane moved to DDB to oversee the Smart business. In 2013, she led efforts to win Mang Inasal, the fastest growing QSR in the JFC portfolio. Since then, she has managed to build successful campaigns for more brands, winning awards and growing the business for both client and agency.

Shackie Caccam, Deputy Executive Creative Director

Shackie is a multi-award winner of both international and local Creative Awards shows. Besides winning awards, she has also been a jury for several of these international creative shows. Her expertise and focus at the moment are Experience and Innovation which led her to work on and handle major accounts like Disney, DC, TikTok PH, Nestle, Ford, etc. She has also already worked with Meta on a successful award-winning project integrating gaming live streaming and teaching physics. Just recently, she was one of the mentors at the DMAP Digital Young Creators, sharing knowledge and inspiration to the next generation of Filipino Creatives.

Marie Adriano, Group Brand and Strategic Planning Director

Marie is able to see both the science of data along with the heart that motivates a consumer. She has handled Magnolia, Royal Tru-Orange, San Miguel Beer, Kotex, Pond’s and Vaseline. She also joined The SM Store, to provide leadership and brand stewardship. At DDB, Marie established the company’s first Strategic Planning Department, and served as MD of Rapp-Collins, specializing in brand signature events and activation for brands like SMART, Nescafé, and Nestea. She now focuses on what she enjoys most at DDB: insighting, working on “cracking the code” on what moves consumers into action.
